Hotel Rates (All rates in US dollars, before taxes)

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Parc 55 Hotel which is located centrally downtown. The deadline for reservation is February 3, 2010 at noon local time. After this date, reservations can only be accepted subject to availability.

Reservations

Reservations must be made directly with the Parc 55 Hotel and be submitted in one of the following ways:

1. On-line reservation: only for reservations for the nights of February 23, 24 and/or 25
2. By telephone: 1-800-595-0507

• In order to receive the preferred contracted rates, telephone requests must identify their affiliation with the TTS 2010. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.

Payment

In order to confirm a reservation, the hotel requires a deposit equal to the guest room rate for one night in the form of a major credit card, certified cheque or money order. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
